Okello Caide Balmoi ,Bachelor of Adult and Community Education [BACE-MAK UG], Post Graduate Diploma in Community Based Rehabilitation [PGDCBR-KYU UG], Certificate in Administrative Officers Law [LDC UG].

With ten [10] years experience working on Human Rights issues generally and seven [7] years on Gender issues specifically. Served as Gender Program Officer, Gender Focal Person and Program Coordinator with Ker Kwaro Acholi, the Acholi’s Cultural Institution from 2010 to date.
